Selecting your client couldn't get much easier.  Start typing your clients last name and the list will adjust to the closest match.

Change the lookup criteria to search by Last name, First name, Home Phone, Work Phone, or city by clicking on the heading over the column.  If you use membership cards you can scan the membership ID or search by Membership ID.
