All Update/Support contracts include an update to the latest version of SalonPro and any new releases that become available for the one year period of the contract. UPDATE / SUPPORT AGREEMENT Support Services: During the term of this agreement, Classic Computer Systems will provide technical support to the above named company via a telephone or computer modem. Technical support consists of answering questions, trouble shooting, and working with databases of the SalonPro product and basic computer and P.O.S. hardware questions. It does not include training, computer hardware support, hardware configuration, file conversions or data corruption due to hardware failure. Technical support is limited to the software product that Classic Computer Systems provides and does not include DOS or Network support. Classic Computer Systems support line is (630) 550-5400.Support hours are from 7:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday Central Time, excluding holidays. Classic Computer Systems reserves the right to limit calls to 10 minutes per call. Classic Computer Systems may require you have a modem and communication software. Software Updates: (Pro Version) Classic Computer Systems will send to the above named customer copies of each major software update as they become available. CCS reserves the right to charge for shipping updates. Updates do not include installation or training by your local dealer.
